Petition regarding cancellation of saline area for rifaynariy heard in high court

Hearing  on petitions challenging pachadra refinery land allocation.

The petition filed by Ashapura namak utpadak vikas smiti has been heard  today in high court. in order to challenge allocation by the proposed refinery in Pachapadra to be allocated the land of salt khan. The samiti  has filed a petition in the court of Honorable Judge Nirmaljit Kaur for demanding the cancellation of allotment of land of salt kiosks in refinery. On behalf of the petitioner today advocate Rakesh Arora and Mahesh Kharwal lobbied. On behalf of the state government, the advocate has asked for time to answer, that the solicitor-general will answer himself. On which the petitioner's advocates protested So far, no part of the court has been kept on behalf of the HPCL Company. The next hearing in the petition will be on December 18.
