On Saturday, the preparatory work of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's proposed tour of Pachapadra and preparations for refinery was taken by the divisional Commissioner Ravikumar Surpur. Surpur instructed the concerned departmental officers to make proper arrangements.
Acting Divisional Commissioner Ravikumar Surpur reached the Pachpadra on Saturday and reviewed the preparations. He gave directions about the proposed foundation stone, meeting, helipad, road and other facilities. During this time district collector ShivPrasad Madan Nakat gave information about the proposed program and preparations. During this  various departmental officers including the Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad ML Nehra, Subdivision Officer Bhagirath Ram, Additional Superintendent of Police Kailashdan, Pachadra Tehsildar, Executive Engineer of Public Works Department Suraram Chaudhary were present.
